Courtney Maugé

Courtney Maugé is the cyber practice leader of NFP’s National Cyber Practice Group and the primary liaison between cyber insurers and US commercial clients. She also holds responsibility for developing an exceptional service model for all NFP cyber clients and continued cyber education. Courtney’s remarkable career has spanned data and privacy law, risk identification, policy wording review and complex negotiations. Courtney received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University. She has also earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Madhu joined Baker Tilly in 2022 and is a goal-oriented cybersecurity/IT advisory leader with more than 20 years of comprehensive experience leading high-performance teams with a proven track record of continuous improvement toward objectives. He is highly knowledgeable in both technical and business principles and processes. Known for hands-on leadership style, Madhu is able to instill a sense of teamwork and commitment while maintaining a reputation of integrity, dependability and a strong work ethic. In addition, he is a thought leader, having spoken at several conferences and authored articles for leading publications. Madhu specializes in cybersecurity risk assessments, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and system and organization controls (SOC) reporting.

Gretchen Watson, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Medical Research Consultants (“MRC”), serves as a strategic advisor to legal teams and healthcare administrators seeking to establish and support best practices and cost-effective strategies during legal discovery and third-party audit processes. 

Over the course of her career, Ms. Watson has held executive leadership and management roles responsible for Nurse Review & Analysis, Record Retrieval, and Health Information Management Services in support of global, complex litigation. Her experience providing critical services and expertise for the majority of the largest mass tort litigations on record includes demonstrated skills in the areas of litigation readiness and cost control, operations, and legal record holds. Ms. Watson attended Baylor University, received her BSN from The University of Texas Nursing School, and is licensed to practice nursing in the state of Texas.
