Gretchen Watson
CEO and President of the BoardGretchen Watson is Chairman of the Board of Directors at MRC. Here, she serves as a strategic advisor to legal teams and healthcare administrators seeking to establish and support best practices and cost-effective strategies during legal discovery and third-party audit processes.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Watson has held executive leadership and management roles. She has been responsible for Nurse Review & Analysis, Record Retrieval and Health Information Management Services in support of global, complex litigation. Her experience provides critical services and expertise for the majority of the largest mass tort litigations on record includes demonstrated skills in the areas of litigation readiness and cost control, operations, and legal record holds.
Ms. Watson attended Baylor University, received her BSN from The University of Texas Nursing School and is licensed to practice nursing in the state of Texas. Her professional affiliations include: Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, American Records Management Association and American Health Information Management Association.
Ernie English
CFO and Board MemberMr. English is an accomplished financial and operational executive with extensive global business experience with manufacturing and service companies, in public, private and private equity ownership environments. In addition to his senior financial positions, he has eight years of executive level global operations responsibly for sales, engineering and multi plant manufacturing operations. He has been successful in developing a high degree of credibility with investors, boards of directors, bankers and internal management teams by providing and interpreting timely and meaningful financial information.
Mr. English has directed acquisition integrations, ERP system evaluations and implementations, global working capital reduction programs, financial reporting, debt compliance and cash management, tax planning and created international entities.
Janette Nguyen
Director of Quality AssuranceMs. Nguyen received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Houston. Since joining MRC in 1999, she has successfully led teams in her various roles, including Director of Records Management, where she gained a wealth of knowledge about the Litigation Support industry and MRC.
During her tenure, Ms. Nguyen has applied her education, professional interests and operational strengths toward innovation in the delivery of services in the Litigation Support industry. Ms. Nguyen is an expert on all things pertaining to MRC and is a recognized leader. Her industry knowledge, operational expertise, extraordinary attention to detail and successful track record in delivering innovative solutions make her a critical asset to clients and to MRC in her current role as Director of Quality Assurance.
Outside of work, Ms. Nguyen enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
