THE CHALLENGE
MRC was responsible for collecting over 5,000,000 pages of records for litigation involving thousands of plaintiffs, dozens of local counsel, and three different courts (each with different rules) where actions were filed.
MRC’S SOLUTION
With our secure, cloud-hosted database, WiseFiles®, MRC reduced the overall cost by enabling cost sharing among the defense and plaintiffs. Clients were automatically notified of each record’s status, and our close relationship with the plaintiffs reduced the time to gather HIPAA authorizations. By working within WiseFiles, accessing records was simple and available anywhere with an internet connection, and our SOC II certified servers ensured records were safe and only shared with authorized counsel.
