The Westin Snowmass Resort will serve as a picture-perfect backdrop to one of the nation’s top litigation conferences, and MRC will be in the building.
MRC’s National Account Representative Ronda Cox is looking forward to the exquisite scenery and exciting lineup of workshops during the American Bar Association (ABA) 2020 Environmental & Energy, Mass Torts, and Products Liability Litigation Committees’ Joint Regional CLE Program. This year’s event takes place Jan. 29 -31, in Snowmass Village, Colorado.
The conference will feature speakers from some of the most successful law firms in the country; all looking to share some of their litigation expertise.
Some of the topics that will be covered include:
- Why PFAS compounds are such a significant regulatory and litigation focus, including for real property and toxic tort litigation
- An in-depth outlook, including some of the coming changes, for mass tort and MDL settlements
- Litigation lessons to be learned from the Flint drinking water crisis
- Steps law firms can take to avoid being hacked
A Message from Ronda
MRC has an impressive resume when it comes to providing accurate and cost-effective litigation support for mass tort cases. I would love to meet with you during one of the networking breaks to discuss some of the new technology MRC has in store for 2020 that will make life much easier for legal teams. If you’re interested, send us a quick note of when you’re available.
