MRC’s call center staff is comprised of highly trained, experienced nurses. Most have a BSN or higher degree and average 10+ years of experience. MRC carefully matches a nurse’s skills and clinical experience to the needs of each project. MRC’s greatest technological asset is WiseFiles™ knowledge management software. This browser-based software program has greatly increased the efficiency of the call center and dramatically reduced downtime. Nurses enter caller information directly into WiseFiles™ allowing the instantaneous creation of caller data reports. WiseFiles™ has powerful and adaptable tools that enable each project to be customized to the client’s specifications.

Cost-Effective

As a benefit of MRC’s commitment to technology, while assigned to the call center MRC nurses are able to multi-task to other projects, eliminating the ‘per seat’ charge administered in most call centers. Calls are routed via a voice over Internet protocol (VOIP) or a LAN line providing additional cost savings. The technology allows MRC to capture data and transfer the information from another call center to our system – all without human contact!
