The key objective is to collect all relevant initial data on a standard intake form, and provide it to our clients for further processing. Standard intake tools and state of the art call center technology enable MRC to gather all pertinent information over the course of a single phone call, thus shortening the time required for adverse event case processing. “Hidden Adverse Events” may be identified during Medical Information or Product Complaint calls and will be processed according to a standard protocol established with the client.
